We are seeking a high energymotivated technical sales professional to promote innovative solutions for current and potential customers.




Specific responsibilities for this position include:

  • Ensuring, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships are established
  • Achieve Sales business goals: promote selling and expansion of existing relationships, facilitate offering and identify resources and assess future potential business
  • Review estimates to ensure accuracy and appropriate method to meet company and customer objectives
  • Network with areas, regions, and corporate headquarters
  • Provide input for best practice work and share new ideas into projects
  • Develop sales forecast and provide input to budget
  • Identify new market opportunities
  • Participate in development of long-range sales planning and growth strategies



  • Ability to build relationships with customers at various functional levels
  • Ability to prospect and close new business
  • Professional selling skills – product knowledge, presentation, follow-up, and ability to close.
  • Thorough understanding of market place dynamics including industry trends and assessment of key competitors programs
  • Proven capacity to communicate professionally in written and verbal format across a wide audience
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access & PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities
  • Superior follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Prior sales management experience within the HVAC industry preferred
